What could be improved
I was looking for information online, to gain further info regarding out patient services.
I was absolutly astounded that for such an organisation, there is a massive under use, of the online media.
Anything else?
Put services (and opening times) such as where people can go to get there blood tests done onto a publicly viewable platform!!
Ridiculous.
