"Minor injuries unit - best I have ever seen"

My daughter visited the minor injuries unit on 31.07.2016 due to injuring her leg on a nail . The staff were fantastic , I cannot praise them enough ! From the moment we walked in we felt at ease and my little girl relaxed straight away . We were seen after only a 15 minute wait , during the wait we sat in the child's play room which had lovely toys and none of them were broken or missing parts unlike the poor child's waiting area in Worcester a&e!!! The staff were so friendly and relaxed it was comforting as a parent to feel my child wasn't just a number on a list . I have experienced private hospitals and I would say the experience at Evesham was even better than this ! Keep up the good work everyone , you are all doing an amazing job!
