The professionalism of the CCU was exemplary.
All of the staff (including the cleaners and meal staff) were very polite.
They were all 'on a mission' - to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
They gave me a real confidence that I was 'in the right place'.
Great team spirit...and a pleasure to do business with!
