"NHS Patient"

Having recently had my Gallbladder removed at Circle I cant praise the surgeon, anaesthetists and recovery staff highly enough they did a great job.

However, I was only meant to be a day case but as I was very unwell after my operation , I had to stay in overnight. Unfortunately I was not made welcome on being admitted to one of the wards and the charge nurse when I arrived was very stroppy and had an attitude. I must say though this was not the case for all of the nursing staff, some of whom were very friendly. I did also find the communication between colleagues lacked .

When you are not well, you just need that friendly face and a little reassurance. Housekeeping staff who came with supper and breakfast were lovely and very accommodating.
