"It would be nice if someone answered the phone..."

About: Withington Hospital

Withington telephone operater answered quite quickly - but then gave me a phone number for Northenden - where they make the appointments - after ringing on and off for an hour or two - I finally got an answer - Most unhelpful receptionist told me I had to register again.. as my notes would have been destroyed from last time I was treated.

The fact that I have a broken back and am in constant pain does not matter - I have to register again and might get an appointment in about 6 weeks... I am totally unimpressed with the service!
