"This nurse is an invaluable asset at Arrowe Park"

I would like to thank,applaud and point out you have an invaluable asset on your team, in the name of nurse K (name withheld). I was a patient today in room 9 in the park suite at Arrowe Park. I'm not the best patient in the world and K's professionalism and genuine nature shone through, although K was extremely busy and working long hours, I was still made to feel special and that nothing was too much trouble. I hope this comment does not detract from the fact that all members of the team I found extremely professional. Please ensure you pass my comments on and reward K as you see fit within your system, she deserves it. Now the complaint, you really should review that white elephant of a system your operating ie/ premier bedtime TV attempting to be a computer system.
