(as a service user),

I rung to chase up an appointment for a gastroscopy and spoke to a lady named Tulin. She was very pleasant and efficient. She took time to find me the soonest appointment available at the hospital closest to me. I really appreciated her willingness to do her best for me. Well done Tulin.
