"Went in for an Xray"

Went to reception to check in for reception, the lovely members of staff told me which receptionist i needed to speak to when I checked in with the receptionist i found was very cold no smile no pleasantries at all maybe, they need retraining as to how a receptionist should speak to individuals who come in to the centre a smile would have been nice to. The radiologist was smart and professional and very prompt not a bad service it is local which is great as well and results where all with the gp wihin 4days thumbs up.
