My daughter used this service as a care pathway to the Cassel. Coming from CAMS to adult services could be difficult for any young person in her situation. This unit supported her to settle in without any problem.
Work collaboratively with the
Cassel to formulate effective transition plan that meets her needs. Staff make regular contact with her when on leave home and supported her to gain confidence and learn skills necessary to help her. Family were involved in the planning and invited to meetings. The transition has really been smooth and well organised.
