Helpful staff, quick service, very impressed! NHS at its best. One annoyance is that they couldn't provide a copy of x ray for further consultation with specialist other than via a hospital to hospital request that could take some time to facilitate. This seems a bit mad given current technology. Surely they should be able to email me a copy of my own x ray?
