My albeit short stay on Ward 12 (2.5 days) was faultless. The obvious attention to the cleanliness of the ward will stand out in my mind and the domestic staff who cleaned every inch of the ward should be praised. The nursing team who sadly are currently very short staffed did a commendable job even under obvious pressure.
The only negative comment I would have is concerning the food which is not a fault of the hospital as it is an outside catering company who are contracted to provide patients meals. The food is simply uninspiring and best avoided - bring a packed lunch!
