"Referral to OU Horton emergency assessment unit..."

I was sent to the title unit at very short notice and was rather anxious and in need of some TLC! I need not have worried, a member of staff was wonderful and led me through preliminary procedures with genuine warmth, care and compassion. From there on all the specialists were similarly caring and kind and led me speedily through the tests and scans. Even the person serving drinks and food was kind and full of humour. Although I was certainly tired by the time I was discharged, I left humbled by the truly exceptional attention care and expertise that I felt privileged to have received. Well done and heartfelt thanks to you all.
