About: Mid & South Buckinghamshire Diagnostic NHS Centre

Appointment very promptly arranged. On arrival the Receptionist was commendable - went out of their way to physically help a disabled gentleman - very cheerful and welcoming. A rather sullen member of staff quickly took me through for a pelvic scan and the procedure was done by someone in a dirty, unironed uniform who looked like they could have been the janitor.

This is not acceptable in a supposedly sterile environment. They were quite kind however but

I have concerns about the standards of cleanliness of the equipment.

I couldnt wait to leave.

I am pleased to hear you received an appointment promptly and that our receptionist was cheerful and welcoming.

I have passed your kind words on to the team.

I am however disappointed to hear that the presentation of one of the members of staff was not up to the expected standards and has led to concerns around the cleanliness of the equipment.

Infection, prevention and control is of utmost importance to us and I would like to assure you that I will be addressing the concerns you raise with the whole clinical team.
