We arrived at about 6pm and the waiting room was fairly empty, just 4 or 5 people in front of us. We hadn't pre-booked, just walked in. There were clear signs in reception gave a realistic timescale for treatment - which was advertised as about 1hr. We were triaged straight away and then had a wait of about 40min to see a nurse - in this time there was a steady stream of people in and out of the treatment area. The nurse that saw us explained what course of action they were taking and gave us clear instructions on the follow-up care required. Very professional and genuinely caring.
