What I liked
My son who is a regular 16 yr old teenager attended the childrens ward today for an opperation. He was rather put out when his letter said to attend the rainbow unit.
He needed have worried !!!!
From the second he entered the ward he was treated with respect and dignity and put at ease by the Staff Nurse who soon had him relaxed and smiling with football banter.
I could only discribe the staff nurse and all the staff on the ward and theatre as excellent, true professionals.
