Summary of my experience: Admin team mixed my patients files and also sent me the wrong patients appointment letter. Large waiting times. The senior nurse is very unprofessional- interrupts and does not at all abide by any of the trust values. The main consultant does not know about the science behind how pre-cancer cells morph and they are not up to date with recent literature. Investigation is highly needed. I requested to be transferred to another hospital as I was scared they would be a danger to my health. Advice for any patients who might be referred. Breach of Data Protection Act and trust values.
