"Knee Replacement"

My dad had a Total knee replacement April 2015 this operation was done incorrectly, so after what felt like a lifetime, he was referred to the clinical director. his appointment had been arranged for the beginning of July this year to have the knee redone again. 3 days before he was due to go in they cancelled, this has now been 4 weeks and still he cannot get an answer from anyone as to when this will be rescheduled and had to deal with a rude person on the appointment line!.
