I was kept waiting for almost an hour before being shown to a small room with no windows. No one seemed to have read my medical notes, so nurses made up their approach on the fly. They stuck needle in me several times without success. I almost passed out. Finally, they managed to get a catheta in after 3 hours of trying. Really horrible experience. They don't seem to have properly trained staff doing this kind of work. Junior people with no management supervision. Scary.
"Ambulatory care - unpleasant, scary experience"
