"Personal items - Jade ward"

About: Langley Green Hospital

I am a parent of m y 19 year old son who was in Langley Hospital before he was transfered to Woodlands Hospital, Hastings.

I brought in several items from home for my son to use to give him things to do, which had to be stored in the office.

i was told that his name would be put on them.

However when he was transfered, the items were not given back to him.

I have tried ringing the office and can never get an answer. Woodlands have also tried several times and then sent a fax i wrote up listing the items.

This has been going on for a week now and I'm frustrated and annoyed.

It seems that no-one wants to take on the responsibility of finding these things and sorting out the return. It is an hour and a half drive for me to go up in person to Crawley and I feel that I shouldn't have to do this
