"Heartfelt thank you"

I cannot praise the staff and treatment I have received here highly enough. I found lumps which I went to my gp with. Within a week I had been seen at Steppinghill and a week later I have been in for the lump to be removed under local anaesthetic. All staff from cleaner to surgeon and all in between have greeted me with a smile and friendly manner. The theatre staff were amazing and spoke to me through out the procedure to take my mind off it. So thank you thank you thank you! Whatever the hystology results I feel cared for and secure in tge knowledge that I am in good hands.
