About: Moorfields Eye Hospital (City Road Campus)

I have been visiting the Moorfields eye clinic at the hospital for around two years now, having been there this morning. The staff are very polite and helpful. In particular, one of the consultants is among the best professionals I have ever met. They are very knowledgeable and explains everything in a great level of detail. An absolute delight to have an eye specialist like them taking care of patients.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a nice comment. Providing a good experience does in the end come down to the individual staff and how they relate to our patients and it's good to receive comments that reflect this. We have been running a programme called the ‘Moorfields Way’ which is about promoting positive behaviours at all times so hopefully you will experience more of this on future visits (should you need to come).
