About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

My daughter has been on this ward twice in the last week and on both occasions we received the highest possible care for her. We were seen promptly, well looked after during our stay, all staff we came into contact with were very friendly, helpful, understanding and we felt went above and beyond the call of duty, nothing was too much and we felt they all really took a genuine love and care for our daughter. You never want to be in a hospital but if you find yourself on this ward, the may our stay as pleasant as it could be under the worrying circumstances we were there under. A big thank you to three people in particular.
