i got treated under the IAPT programme a few years ago and despite it's faults (nothing is perfect) it delivered great results and i was a lot better.
More recently I've had another episode of depression and have been denied access to the service for seven months - pointed in the direction of other places - with none offering me the talking therapy service iAPT are there to provide.
It's lead to my depression getting worse and really goes to show if your a member of the public and have a mental health problem, god help you if you need to rely on the nHS, or at least the IAPT PRogramme in lambeth.

I am responding to your recent post and am very sorry that you had a negative experience of our services and for any distress this may have caused you.
