"Completely Disappointing"

I'm so angry and disappointed with the appointment I attended yesterday. I waited 6 months for the appointment to come through, just to be told when I arrived they didn't have any of my files/scans/MRIs or details about me. I had to go through my whole medical history and have an examination. The first doctor I saw seemed more interested in helping me, they told me they would send me for more scans, which the second doctor then went against saying they'll see me again in 2 months once they'd had time to get my information together. I have now got to go to Basildon Hospital to take them my scan disks to get them loaded onto the system and sent over. Adding to this, the reception staff on the orthopedic ward were rude and completely unhelpful. I'm really angry and upset with the service I received.
