"The care of staff on Beach Ward"

I feel that I wish to comment on the staff on Beach Ward. My much loved dad Gordon has been in the care of the Beach Ward team for 5 months now and I am overwhelmed every time we visit, by the care offered by the staff. They know him well and are quick to notice if there are any changes in the way he presents. We have seen him treated with kindness and meticulous care. I shall forever remain grateful for the continued dedication of the staff.

Thank you for your feedback and the kind words expressed for the care provided by staff on Beach. I am glad to hear you felt staff took the time to learn about Gordon, consequently being able to offer care in a person centred manner which is what we strive to do.
