Anything else?
I went to the Minor Injuries Unit to have a dog bite to my hand attended to. I was treated very swiftly, efficiently and with empathy by the nurse who I would like to sincerely thank. It's easy to criticise the NHS but in this instance, good "old-fashioned" treatment made all the difference.
