"Friendly and cheerful sister in A&E"

About: Ipswich Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I was attended to by Sister Sally in the A and E Department on Thursday morning.

She was very professional, put me at ease and fully explained my condition to me. She was very friendly and cheerful and is a credit to your hospital.
