My husband died on ward 9 on 3rd July .. we were asked if we wanted his property back which consisted of a £5 pyjama top .. this meant everything to us an I was going to have a teddy bear and pillow made to help my devastated daughter .. when it wasn't returned they said the undertaker must have it I rang the undertaker who said he didn't have it on when they collected him .. I've rang the ward and been fobbed off a few times I've rang the ward manager twice to be fobbed off and I'm still waiting for them to ring me back .. I know thus pyjama top was only five quid and meant nothing to them but it means everything to us and they've probably threw it in the bin as if it means nothing .. I hope there all sleeping well at night but my daughter isn't ....
