Sustained a mild eye injury in garden when fell. onto a tree branch. It scratched surface of my eye. Had pain & lots of inflammation blood shot & swelling under left eye. Triage nurse had a quick look at eye doc even less of a look. He gave me ointment but no. further scan etc.
Had go to my own GP who did thorough exam & put iodine in it to establish no debris in it & a scratch to eye surface & no. damage to cornea or iris.
I wish it could have been more thoroughly examined. Plus gp gave me sensitive eye drops to help. with itchiness.
