What I liked The nurse. Excellent professional. The doctors that at some point, when they were free, they could help me. The medicine that I think helped me to complete the misscarriage. What could be improved? *Better communication betwen doctors and nurses and patient. For example, the doctor indicated pain killers, I did not have them till the doctor arrived. By that time, I had been bleeding and in pain for 6 hours. Later on, I never knew about any medicine that I was given or exam results. *Communicating with the patient: while having a scan at the hospital I was told "In England we cover". This does not feel right when you are fully dressed in hospital clothes and you are showing just your knees and bleeding. Wouldn't it be much better if somebody just helps you to get ready for the scan? Unless there is a particular treatment for people that were born somewhere else. *Cancel an appointment: I could not do it, I was on the phone for more than half an hour and nobody could help me to cancel a scan. Anything else? Please do something to avoid having someone bleeding and in pain for 6 hours and at the same time asking phone number, nationality, urine sample as if the patient could handle it all.
