"Needing to see a Doctor on Sunday 24-07-2016"

About: Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust

I was not aware that you had to call 111 for a appointment to see a Doctor at the Walk in Centre or MIU at Gosport but l know now.

But l can say is although busy and been given a appointment for 12-15 pm this is not the time seen by a Doctor. I was eventually seen at 2-45 pm and when called the Doctor said sorry for the long wait l was so glad to be seen. All l can say was the Doctor was lovely kind and very through and as l was feeling very poorly was worth the wait. I like to pass on my thanks to you all not a easy job for you all but im very grateful to have been seen so promptly.

Thank you

Dr and team
