The Hospital kept me up to date by phone to ensure I didn't miss my appointment. On the day the staff were all very courteous and explained what was to happen. Although there was a small wait the nurses ensured everybody knew when we likely to be called in. The aftercare was also very good, again with good explanation of what occurred and why and what to do next. Overall, one of the best NHS Hospitals I have visited.
