About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as the patient),

The sessions were excellent - very well delivered but not enough to ensure life changes are implemented & kept up. Regular monthly meetings would be really helpful. Its a wonderful course, I wish it could carry on. I need to reduce stress & anxiety need to continue the course to do so.
