What I liked
Staff obviously good and dedicated - but clearly stressed and hampered by ongoing problems with the new NHS Computer System which seems to have affected every aspect of the hospital's working. This has been true not only in my own case but in the cases of many patients I have overheard talking to staff.
What could be improved
The hospital needs to publicly campaign for improvements to the NHS computer system.
I have great sympathy for the staff who are trying to make the best of a computer system which at the moment is not delivering.
