"Life changing!"

I was referred for bariatric surgery in August 2015, before surgery I had to attend 4 group sessions, which were educational and very informative, I certainly had my eyes open about food labelling and what foods actually contains also portion sizes.

These sessions have certainly changed my way of thinking regarding foods I eat so much so I have lost 4 stone 9 pounds in less than a year that is over half of the weight i need to lose.

So I have decided not to go through with the surgery as I have managed to lose the weight on my own.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to the staff who ran the group sessions for changing my life forever. Only another 3 stone to go now.
