Attended fracture clinic, today. Diagnosis;, tight fitting shoes ,When I told them I dont wear ill fitting shoes then I have fallen arches.! which I clearly dont,! . just wanted me discharged back to gp asap. That's not showing much respect for the pt intellect or we'll being .
