"Waiting for treatment"

About: Salford Royal

An appointment on 19 May recommended a spinal injection to be carried out in 3/5weeks time. Despite ringing frequently during June and July (at least 10 times) and leaving messages no one has been bothered to ring back or even answer the phone. I would refer to the review posted on 20 June - disgusting treatment - unanswered calls, no rescheduling, no dates. Thus left in debilitating pain and unable to work. Does anybody care ?
