What could be improved

cleanliness, quite dirty, blood in one of the toilets, VERY slooooowwwwww. doctors and nurses were also not very compasionate or caring, seemed just like they wanted to get us out of the hospital.

Anything else?

QA used to be good, now i just think its gotten too big for its boots! It seems to be getting worse and worse! Sorry but certainly wouldn't recommend to other people :(
