I took my husband today to MK hospital and I wasn't sure whether to go to urgent care or A&E. I chose A&E because it was his eye that was the problem. We arrived to a very full waiting room and a queue to book in of about 5 people. The staff were very quick to book us in. We were seen by a friendly nurse.
I am so sorry that I didn't take any of their names :( because they all deserve a special mention. The doctor was thorough and explained everything in detail and even encouraged me to look over their shoulder to look in hubby's eye (yay!). There were some real time-wasters today i.e. a bloody nose and wound that stitches had come out (and she was a proper moaner), so I apologised and said that I hope we hadn't wasted their time and it was lovely that they didn't think we were :)
We left the hospital 2and half hours after we arrived, which seems like a long time, but in reality is bloomin great for the amount of people walking in!
Well done to everyone as they all seemed to be busy but in good spirits (I kinda hope some of them may see this review, but that might be wishful thinking!) :D
