About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / General surgery

(as the patient),

I was admitted as an emergency with acute diverticulitis after a three week history of pain. I would like to thank all the staff on the ward and also Miss Thomas and her team where I had the best treatment ever.

Mr Bharathan is now looking after me and I feel very confident I will continue to receive the best treatment.

Thank you to all of you. All of you do an amazing job
