"Grange View Intermediate Care"

About: Grange View

(as a relative),

A relative was sent here from Tameside Hospital their health and mobility has worsened since being sent to Grange View. Although some of the staff have a very caring attitude others couldn't care less, in my opinion. It feels like neglect and lack of compassion has resulted in a happy go lucky person losing a considerable amount of weight and being very introverted.  I wouldnt send anyone there based on my experience.

Hi Jermima, thanks for taking the time to post your comment on Patient Opinion and bringing your concerns to our attention. While we’re pleased to hear you found that some staff have a very caring attitude, we would expect the same caring and compassionate approach from every member of the team and we’re truly sorry to hear this hasn’t been your experience.

Providing a high quality care service to our patients and their family and carers is our top priority and as such, we take feedback of this nature very seriously. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss this matter with you.

If you’d be happy to provide more detail, please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison (PALS) team on 0161 716 3178 or the Complaints Team on 0161 716 3083. Thank you.
