I went to A&E on Friday evening at 7pm - suspected that I had fractured a previous break that has plates and screws in bones as it had swollen up and become very painful. I saw the triage nurse at about 7.15 then I had a blood test by 7.45 both nurses were lovely and friendly. I saw the doctor by about 8pm - who sent me for an x Ray at about 9pm, again all lovely helpful and friendly staff. Final consultation and talk through x Ray results, diagnosis and medication given and out by 10pm. I am truly grateful for all their help and efficiency - I can't fault Broomfield or the NHS 10/10
