"Excellent treatment"

About: The Essex Cardiothoracic Centre

My husband was admitted on 3rd July as an emergency at 1.30 am. He was rushed to the cath lab and had 2 stents fitted plus other procedures. I was taken into a quiet room and given a cup of tea and told to wait. He was brought back to the ward about 3.30 am and was in for 4 days. The treatment he was received was the best possible and we are both extremely grateful that the paramedics took him to the CTC rather than the local hospital.

it is always pleasing when relatives take the time to express their appreciation for the care given to their loved ones and were glad to hear that your husband's experience was a positive one.

The staff do a difficult job with skill and professonalism and comments such as yours are always very much appreciated.
