What I liked

The bedding was clean and fresh, the nurses were pleasant, as were most of the other staff.

What could be improved

Overall nursing care of patients, where has the compassion gone out of nursing. Time for the patient, feeding patients who are unable to feed themselves, bathing patients, my mum had to wait 14 days for a bath.

Anything else?

I could go on, Ward 24 was a sham, where are the staff, the poor nurses on Ward 24 were at a ratio of 1 nurse to 15 patients, the patients cannot receive adequate care never mind excellent care with this ratio.
