"Appalling Care"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham

My 4 Week old grandson was admitted to Treetops. After being diagnosed and discharged was re admitted after deteriorating. After obs were taken on re admission no nurse attended to him for 7 hours after which he was transferred to another hospital for immediate operation. On arriving at hospital was severely dehydrated so operation was delayed. Shocking care and am taking matter further.
