"Morton's Neuroma surgery"

About: Renacres Hospital

I had nhs surgery on 19th July 2016, the hottest day of the year! I was accommodated in a private room. I was visited by an admissions nurse, the surgeon and the aneasthetist and a physio therapist. The anaesthetic was very good and When awake was taken back to my room and connected to monitors and I was fully compus in 20 minutes. I was offered toast and a hot drink which tasted marvellous after having not eaten since 10 30 the previous evening. I was able to be discharged at 2pm having been admitted at 07 45am

The day of the surgery was good in contrast to the pre-op visit which was not a pleasant experience at all.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Firstly I am sorry your experience at pre-op wasn't as you expected it to be. If you would like to discuss further please call us and ask to speak to the General Manager regarding an online review. On the other hand, I am very pleased that you had a positive experience on the day of your operation. We will ensure this feedback is passed onto the staff involved. I hope if you decide to visit us again that the entire experience is a positive one.

Kind regards,

Greg

General Manager
