What I liked

I went for a endoscopy proceedure(Gastro) and all the Nurses were very kind.The doctor was also very kind and considerate. I was an extremely nervous patient and they explained everything to me. Very impressed. The department was clean and nice.

What could be improved

Only thing that bothered me was the loud television in the waiting room. Made me feel nervous.
