"Farcical"

I have received a new care co-ordinator, who did not get back to me after three weeks (this is a home visit, crisis situation we're talking about, not a new referral - i've been with these people for a long time now), was supposed to call me on tuesday after i gave a nudge, & then today i discover the care co-ordinator on annual leave! in the last half hour i've referred the entire place to PALS and hopefully they'll be able to sort it like they did last time, without them i think i would have discharged myself by now.
