"Impressed with the level of care"

I visited this hospital for the first time. I saw a consultant and a number of nurses / practitioners in the breast unit. I was immensely impressed by the level of care given by all of the people I came into contact with. They were incredibly respectful and handled what my case with great sensitivity. I felt I shown respect and the process / procedure was explained incredibly well. This is an incredibly busy unit but very well organised
