"Poorly and understaffed"

Waited three hours with a 13 year old in excruciating pain in A & E.

When discharged with crutches I asked for painrelief for her as I couldn't get her in car at that time .. They said no as she was discharged . They can do only to recharge her and she have to wait all over again. I struggled on my own with a girl crying out in pain in the car park . Nurse walked off as they couldn't give her medicine and that it's more than their jobs worth .. I was upset by this time it was 2 am in morning . Also the crutch they gave her she wasn't shown how to use properly . And waiting time was disgusting . Been left out in the car park in pain. They should be ashamed them 2 nurses .
